Booking Notes

We ask for a refundable deposit of £225 at time of booking, this is held against cancellation, damage to property or any additional cleaning required above the standard service. The deposit is returned to you within 7 days of departure. Rentals are paid in euros usually 50% no later than 5 months prior to arrival and the balance no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
